The long treks are predominately camping treks. Tsum Valley is the easiest and the Manaslu Circuit, which can be done as a tea-house trek (that is with accommodation provided), is on a similar level to the mid-length Annapurna Circuit, perhaps half a grade more challenging. The Upper and Lower Dolpo treks are a tad more strenuous. Then comes the Gokyo-Everest Base Camp Trek, though this can be done as a tea-house trek. The Makalu and Kanchenjunga Base Camp Treks are strenuous treks, which take you across some higher passes, while the Dhaulagiri Circuit requires a bit of confidence/experience in mountainous and icy conditions.
If you want to up-grade a stage then the mid-length Rolwaling Trek is your babe, or else try a trekking peak.
