The meditation and yoga room with a Tibetan altar and thangkas looks out over the lake.

Here is a good web-site to check out other Meditation Centres.

For those more adventurous looking for a more rural and rustic setting please check out this site about a monastery and nunnery in the Tsum Valley. There are also some important monasteries in Upper Mustang; Ghar Gompa at Lo Gekar, at Geling, at Tsarang and 4 monasteries in Lo Manthang.
